Lantern Bay Park offers amazing views of Dana Point Harbor, along with a playground, amphitheater, basketball court and plenty of picnic areas. Overall, it is a great place to take the kids, relax or hold family events.


The Smythe Bros. Amphitheater is regularly used for weddings as well as outdoor shows. Kids also love to play in the amphitheater when it is empty. They also enjoy the playground, which includes a yellow structure and ride-on sea lion that kids love to climb over. Kids can also play with tic-tac-toe blocks and a large clock, among other amusements.Adults may prefer to just lie in the grass and enjoy the amazing views of Dana Point Harbor. They can also run or jog along the trails, join in a pickup game of basketball, or work out at the physical fitness cluster.
