Overview: Several options as a photography area west of Lake Pleasant, just off of Carefree Highway. You can either opt to climb up to the Peak following an ATV Trail, or stay down below and take your pick of the thousands of saguaros in the valley below. This small peak sports miles of views in every direction with an wonderful stretch of valley all the way to the horizon. You also have nice views of the White Tank Range from this vantage point.

    To hike
    From Phoenix, take I-17 North to Carefree Highway. Turn West on Carefree Highway towards Wickenburg. Approximately 5 miles past the main Lake Pleasant entrance, you will see a paved road (Quintero Lane) on the north side of the road. At this intersection, turn south instead, onto a dirt road with a green gate. Enter through the gate, making sure to close it behind you. Drive approximately 1 mile on the dirt road and park near the base of the small hill just west of Peak 2021.
