   Likely In-Season!
From the TH parking lot, cross the Dolores River via the bridge and follow the trail towards Bear Creek. After about 0.5 miles, the trail rapidly ascends via a series of switchbacks until it flattens out following Bear Creek Valley towards its source near Sharkstooth Trail.

You will intersect with the Morrison Trail #610 about 0.5 miles into your hike and Sharkstooth Trail #620. A Mountain Bike Map for Mesa Verde County shows a loop consisting of Bear Creek Trail #607 (12.5 miles) to Sharkstooth Trail #620 (2.5 miles) to FR556/Rock Spring Road (7.5 miles) to Morrison Trail #610 (2.5 miles) completing a 25 mile loop.
