Overview: A Short, very easy loop across the street from Thumb Butte Trail #33. This is a great quick hike when you don't have time and/or energy to do Trail #33. There are great views of Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. This loop is made up of parts of Trails 315, 316, 317, and 386.

    To hike
    From Prescott, take Gurley Street west through town. Gurley Street will eventually turn into Thumb Butte Road. About 3 miles from this point you will reach the picnic area on your right. Total distance is about 5 miles from town. You would have to try to miss this trailhead.
