Overview: Is it a trail...or is it a road? This is supposed to be a closed road converted to a portion of the Prescott Circle Trail. It looks like it has not been converted yet. This trail climbs from White Spar Road to loop around the summit of White Spar Mountain, AKA Quartz Mountain. The peak is made of almost pure white quartz. You can also continue on Trail 9415 which ends at the Trail 48 trailhead on Copper Basin Rd. There is also a short unmarked trail to the summit. Check out the Official Route and Triplogs. Leave No Trace and +Add a Triplog after your hike to support this local community.
One-Way Notice This hike is listed as One-Way. When hiking several trails on a single "hike", log it with a generic name that describes the hike. Then link the trails traveled, check out the example. |
