Hutch Mountain Lookout 8532 is a 0.52 mile round trip hike with 92 feet elevation gain. Located 31 miles south-southeast of Flagstaff Arizona. September and June are the best months to enjoy this hike.


Hutch mountain lookout is an easy road walk from the gate to the fire lookout at the summit. The peak is also a SOTA peak

Gate Policy: If a gate is closed upon arrival, leave it closed after you go through. If it is open, leave it open. Leaving a closed gate open may put cattle in danger. Closing an open gate may cut them off from water. Please be respectful, leave gates as found.
