Deep, winding canyon bounded by impressive peaks. The fan is a rough walk with heaps of large rocks.
Four miles is the approximate distance to Sheep Spring, but you can continue hiking well beyond this.

    To hike
    Drive south on Badwater Road for ~13.4 miles past the Badwater parking area. There is a small paved pull-off on the west side of the road with room for 4-5 vehicles to park. The mouth of Sheep Canyon is due east from this parking.
