Overview
Horseshoe Cienega Lake Perimeter is a 3 mile round trip hike with 225 feet accumulated elevation gain. Located 83 miles north of Safford Arizona. The trailhead is car accessible. September and May are the best months to enjoy this hike. This hike involes off trail navigation. Review triplogs, photos and the route to understand the terrain before heading out.


85% of this hike is on a trail. On the North side of the lake, there isn't a noticeable trail. You will be walking through grass.
