![]() Overview Simpson Peak is one of a series of ridgeline peaks that exist along the same dominant ridgline as Wheeler Peak, New Mexico's state high point. Simpson's summit is marked by a plaque honoring the namesake of the peak, a forest ranger who was killed during World War I. Check out the Triplogs.
