Overview

The Camp Canyon Trail can be reached via the remote and little used Hinkle Park Trailhead. There are no facilities, signs or informational kiosks at the trailhead. The Camp Canyon Trail drops down into Camp Canyon and then continues on to and then down Pueblo Creek before exiting the creek bed and making a short climb to its eventual ending at the trail's intersection with the Dangerous Park Trail.

    To hike
From Blue Arizona take the Pueblo Park Road east towards Pueblo Park. Just after crossing into New Mexico turn left following the signs for Saddle Mountain and Hinkle Park. Upon reaching the Hinkle Park area follow the sign for the Hinkle Park Trailhead. As one approaches the home and private property, DO NOT OPEN THE GATE, bear slightly left and take the sandy two track road that runs parallel to the fence line, you will arrive at the trailhead shortly after.
