Syllabus
Brokeoff Mountain Trail is a 7.56 mile round trip hike with 2,652 feet accumulated elevation gain. Located 46 miles east-southeast of Redding California. The trailhead is car accessible. July and August are the best months to enjoy this hike.


Overview: A fun aggressive hike to a beautiful vantage point offering views of several surrounding peaks.

This is a more difficult hike. It would be unwise to attempt this without prior experience hiking.

    SR 36, 20 miles west of Chester, Ca. Proceed north of Hwy 89 6 miles to marked trailhead. TH is outside park entrance but they require an on site self pay as the destination is in park.
