Grid-Bolt It, They Will Come by pseudalpine ![]() This predominantly grid-bolted crag is located just upstream (east) of the confluence of Spring and Christopher Creeks. The comfy base ledge is usually shaded, and the steep north-facing aspect is obvious when hiking past Confluence Wall on the short approach from AZ-260. Memorial and Yodel Walls are located across the creek to the north, and Canyoneers Wall is situated just upstream to the east. The Upper Terrace is above the main wall and has a multitude of quick link anchors safely setup to create essentially an outdoor gym. There are currently twenty-eight routes at this crag, developed approximately between 2015 – 2021 by the likes of Collins, Duemler, Myers, Pettit, and Rangel (to name a few). Many of these power-drillers have moved on to work their magic in other nearby areas of the Tonto National Forest. The routes are listed from left to right, starting from the east, facing south. Bug spray is a must because mosquitoes flourish here except in the coldest months. Besides this minor hassle, hanging out in the area can be a welcome relief from the hot desert.
