From Globe (junction at US60), drive southeast along US70 approximately 41.2 miles to SC-3 (Coolidge Dam Road). Drive northwest along SC-3 past Calva for approximately 7.8 miles to SC-560. SC-560 is a non-maintained primitive road. Drive south on SC-560 past Dewey Flat Dam for approximately 2.0 miles to a right turn. From the turn, continue driving south along SC-560 for approximately 3.0 miles to the posted trailhead. The hike follows an old jeep trail to a radio tower below the summit. WARNING: This is a very remote and rugged location with no cell phone signal. Use caution and discretion during ALL activities. You're on your own!
