Rock Climbing, Hiking, Camping, Snow Boarding, Knitting, Ice Cream, Home Births, Waldorf, Health & Wellness, and ReadingJune 2014 I did this trip with my two kids, ages 13 and 10. We drove past the trail head at first and ended up at the top of Mount Elden. The hike feels pretty steep to us with lots of rocky spots. We did not hike all the way to the top
