I thought that pregnant women are not supposed to lift anything in the last trimester? I hate to say this but I think that was made up by some lazy pregnant woman to get others to do the work for her  If a woman keeps herself fit and healthy before her pregnancy and throughout I don't see why...

I say backpack (or anything else for that matter) all you want while you are pregnant as long as you feel able. I feel the more active you are the healthier you will be in your pregnancy, labor and delivery. I ran a 5k the week before my 6th child was born and delivered her at home with a labor of a...

There are lots of places around Sedona/Oak creek area with swimming holes. West Clear Creek, Wet Beaver Creek to name a few. Problem is they are going to be crowded. I'm not real sure around Flagstaff. A few years back I went climbing in an area called Paradise Forks outside of the Williams/Flagstaf...

I have a similar problem with my left knee. For years I have run hills as part of my training. It never bothered me until year before last right after a downhill stretch, at the Whiskey Row Marathon. The pain was intolerable and I almost didn't finish. I was on crutches for a few days. It has never ...

In this family we have a 1960 Willy's CJ, a 1978 Wagoneer, and a 1990 Cherokee. Good idea Bryan, but the Crown King trail isn't all it's cracked up to be. Any other trail and I'm game.bryanmertz wrote:I don't have a jeep, but I am a great co-pilot. I see we wrangle up some folk and do the Crown King trail.

I'm getting a little dizzy reading all this. My youngest is 12 and the only one left in Jr. High. I have one in college and one who dropped out of college much to my dismay, to work fulltime on his business. I have 2 entering college next year. Since it will be 4 more years until the next one starts...

Ditto on all the above comments. I truly had a great time, which is saying something for someone that is not a true social animal. Cactuscat prepare for a spanking for not showing up  The things you come up with truly don't match the person I met lastnight. Guess it just goes to show tha...

Well come to think of it maybe I'm not thinking of the same area. When I think of Papago I think of away from the zoo by McDowell road. But yeah, maybe the real park area on the flip side is open. guess I still don't know where Papago Park is : rambo :  only to come home to find it's off Cur...

I can sympathize with you. I have 7 ranging in ages from 12-26. Working out has been a challenge from taking them with me to the gym and putting them in their daycare to trying to workout at home to hiring someone to sit with them while I was gone. Things didn't really fall together until the older ...
