The Grand Canyon Lodge North Rim has moved it's 2020 season opening date to June 1st, 2020.

Government lawyer named as new Grand Canyon park leader

A veteran lawyer for the U.S. Interior Department, Edward Keable has been appointed as the new superintendent of Grand Canyon National Park. He has 30 years as a federal attorney. Don't know how well this selection will bode for the hiking world, but most anything is an improvement over the last two.

Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert (at least) have shut down tennis courts. Notwithstanding the vast area surrounding the 'inside' of the boundary of a court, a tennis court is 2808 square feet. The opposing ends (baseline to baseline) is 78'. Even if playing doubles there is a helluva lot more than 6' bet...

I thought it interesting (albeit a tragedy) that Italy's 'recovered' numbers are nearly equal to the 'deaths'. Whereas many others are in the 90% - 10% ratio range.
