Has anyone heard anything about this? I think of it everytime I drive by, which is quite often.
Tomorrow 1/4/19, I will call Det. Sgt. David Hornung with the Gila County Sheriff’s Office to follow-up :?

Re: First Solo overnight hike suggestion

My recommendation is Houston Brothers to Aspen Spring , although it is getting towards the end of the season for that camping option. A good choice https://hikearizona.com/decoder.php?ZTN=17805 between now to end of Sept into early Oct should be good to go with cooler days & definitely cooler night...

Re: Tonto Forest Fire Restrictions--Vehicular Traffic

Hi All, I’m making a trip out to the area this Saturday the 19th and was wondering if anyone was down for a good hike to go check out the cliff dwellings in the Tonto Area. I have a Ford Escape with 4wd and am looking for a hiking partner who knows the area and any restrictions due to the fires. Th...

I guess Larry can confirm it when he gets there... Maybe there's a Landslide blocking the Trail, but does that mean that the Ruins are totally Inaccessible??? Can't walk over the Landslide, or find a way around it??? Correct, we were just hoping for a quick second HAZ opinion since Larry had this h...
