While driving to work one day by the golf course in Payson, we had to stop because two huge bull Elk decided to battle in the middle of the road.. pushing each other back and forth so that we couldn't get around.. finally one pushed really hard and we zoomed around them...

We are over on the West side of the airport..

In a week got 2.2 inches of rain in Payson at our house at least..

Had .6 inches in our rain gauge when got home yesterday.. and we are on Birch Mesa also..

My cabin is in the fire burned area waiting to hear if it is damaged or not.. there are about 20-30 structures gone in the Clear Creek Pine 9 area... watched the briefing last night and was up to 11,000 acres this morning with no containment... Our neighbors across the way 2 of them have burned down...
