so here it is. I want to camp isolated in the snow near water weather the water is in a lake or stream as long as i can filter and drink. i woulds like a camp site name. i will be going end of december of early january?

i was thinking of payson. would that be a good place to go?

what would be the daytime and nighttime temps on the highline trail in 2 weeks?

Now i can go anywhere, i want to go in flaggstaff of payson, definate water sources. Somewhere where you may be able to hunt small game? somekind of a loop would be nice. maybe some fishing too? not too cold like under freezeing.

yes i can skin, gut cook and eat a rabbit, its not hard. im still bringing the air rifle. ill just keep it close if i see one. if not oh well.

a slingshot? lol would that work? i got a pretty nice 1200 fps pellet gun.

could i get close enought to a rabbit on the trail? what would be some good food to bring? I got alot of MRE's

what about Canyon Lake TH to Peralta Trailhead? 3 days 2 nights? will there be water this time of year, is there rabbits out here? what about other small game? are the trails hard to find? where can i get a good detailed map?

I want to do it at the middle or end of next month. Will it be to cold? I can filter and drink the water right? Is there fish? What about rabbits, anyone see any?

I would like to go somewhere in the forest, i wont mind a little bit of snow or just cold weather.
