R.I.P They recovered the body of the gentleman that fell 1500' from teh rim into the crater today. I would definately suggest a 4x4 comming from the south. After stopping in a few areas to fill in some gulleys and a lot of slipping and sliding going up some of the hills we made it.
I'm beginning to think I need to find some 4x4 friends.
