HCA doesn't roll off the tongue like HAZ, but sounds like a new web site should be coming up.

Re: Web updater crashed my GPS

I saw in today's Arizona Republic in the career builder section an ad for software engineers for Garmin International.
The first line says "Develop embedded software in C/C++, for Garmins Auto OEM products."
I thought it fit right in with this thread.

Re: Rep. Gabrielle Giffords shot

Just heard a report that the second person of intrest in the shooting was a cab driver, he had nothing to do with it.
The shooter took a cab 1 or 2 miles to do this from his parents house. He is only around 22 years old, defintely not a hiker.

Even by not being able to help on the trails, you helped in a different way just by being in the area.

Re: Looking for a kid friendly day hike.

Lost Dutchman State Park (LDSP) to Siphon Draw is interesting, go as far up Siphon Draw as you feel comfortable and turn around. It has some long open stretches that might bore a 5yo. This is a great idea, part way up Siphon Draw, there is a turn off to the old Palmer mine site near a old foundatio...
