Thanks, but that was the first thing I tried. I think it got wiped clean, Their was an error during the update that shut it down.azbackpackr wrote:First, try changing the batteries. Maybe something you did used them up quickly.

I usually use soap or bleach and multiple rinses of hot water. Air dry and then I store my bladder and hose in the freezer between uses,keeps anything from growing in it.
