Yes

From the N-S mid section line of Section 3 T18S R16E to the E-W mid section line of Section 17 T15S R17E. The trail is within 3 miles either side of the line common to R16E & R17E.

That is quite the lofty goal! Best of luck to you. You might consider continuing your training until we have another wet spring like last year. I agree about the dry bags working better to keep stuff dry. The large plastic garbage bags my friend referred to, were used for buoyancy purposes.
