We backpacked and camped and it was awesome. Looking for some ideas on our next one. I was suggested the cabin loop but it was really boring and not very pretty. Is there anything you suggest I look into?

It was boring and not very pretty. There were just a few puddles of dirty water. I expected more. We got to some dirt road where it looked like it continued on but we had enough. Should I have kept going? How far do you think we hiked?

Do I ever neeed to worry about water sources being dry? It depends which ones. Some are pretty reliable, others less so. I think of General Springs, Aspen Spring, and Pinchot Spring as always having water (which covers the trip pretty well for me), but you'll have to make your own judgment based on...
