PS I have never heard of those two guys in your poll about the fist fight--have never seen their names before. So did not vote. You might be better off not hearing of David Lee Roth (although he's pretty funny and a lot smarter than he acts), but Stephen Hawking is well worth knowing about, even if...

Re: Can you hear me now?
In response to Nan's reply: Not sure about any other services But I switched from t-mobile to Verizon for that reason(better coverage around the Supes). although I don't think you can expect to get signal once you go behind the mountain! I couldn't even get a signal (with t- mobile) on the flatiron...

What I prefer to do is after i've caught them is keep them in a little play pool for about a week feeding them lettuce and oats. Reason for this is to let them clear thier intestinal tract of gritty stuff.(Of course you will have to skip this step out in the field!) Then I bust out my Paul Prudhomme...

I have sometimes carried when i hike alone. I use el dorado starfire personel defense type 9mm ammunition. I'm more concerned with human animals than anything else. I dream about just seeing a bear or mountain lion so heaven forbid I ever have to shoot one! Well I've upgraded from my 9 mm to a 45 c...

What was really difficult was giving up 75 bucks knowing that millions of bubble pack radios would be flooding the airwaves with lame call tones and chatter from illegal users mostly children with nothing meaningful to say. I have to turn my base station off in the evening sometimes just because of ...

Who's responsible for the log on Browns Peak? Is it maintained by the forest service? should'nt we responsible citizens remove it also? It also is a cache of sorts. how many have walked by or even signed it and then did'nt transport it to the nearest dumpster? Sounds like the good ole double standar...

I have tried to log a couple of caches in the supes but they were already gone. This was last summer and after talking with some other cachers I was under the impression the forest service did have a concentrated effort to remove them. they even contacted owners (one of the rules of geocaching is to...
