Hi Everyone,
I was hoping to get some good info about a ride I have been dreaming of doing for a while. I would love to start at Snowbowl/N of Flagstaff and ride the AZ Trail from there til the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. I'm trying to see how far it is, what the elevation looks like, etc. Has anyone done this ride or can point me in the direction of some maps?
Thank you!

Anybody can make a hike harder. The real skill comes in making the hike easier.

Perfect. Thank you! Has anyone done this ride before? It looks like a long XC ride with some gentle climbs and nothing gnarly.

Re: AZT from Snowbowl to Grand Canyon
Yes! I've done this ride a couple of times, most recently last July.
It's on my blog.
From Snowbowl to the S. Kaibab TH it's about 90-ish miles. We did an out-n-back over 2 days. They're long days, but can be done as most of the trail rides really well. Be advised, there's no reliable water sources until Tusayan and if the ground is wet, DON"T RIDE IT!! There are sections between FR418 & Missouri Bill Hill that are clay based and will kill your drivetrain and ruin your ride.
