Night Life

Post by Nighthiker »

Lots of wildlife are out and about at night right now. If you don't care to hike, take a night drive out on the desert. Been observing the usual crowd of snakes, rabbits and coyotes. But lots of bats, owls, insects and racoons. Also observed lately, a badger, 2 foxes, ringtail cat and deer.

with all the extra wildlife out and about, what do you think the odds are that it's a lot of displaced animals from the massive fires the last couple of seasons?

The areas that I have been night hiking in where I have been observing the nightlife have not been affected by any nearby wildfires.
