Heading out to the Supes this weekend and I have a question about Flatiron. When nearing the top, Joe Bartels description mentions taking the far right of three canyons. Thoreau's "official route" appears to indicate that the center canyon is the path of choice. Any suggestions for best route? Tips for this hike?
This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.

What Joe said =)
Considering the weather lately, I'd bet that the area will be pretty well traveled this weekend (I'm considering adding myself to the crowd this weekend too.) Between that, and the numerous white/blue spray-painted dots everywhere it shouldn't be hard at all to find the right path.

Thank you for the topo update. I was looking further up near the top where it looks like a 3 canyon split shaped like a birds foot. Did not notice the split further down the trail.
