Google Maps Question

Here's hoping the collective techie expertise here can enlighten me.

I need a map program that can take a list of up to about 20 addresses and plot a route to each. I can manually enter each one into Google (add destination) but I'm wondering if this has been automated anywhere.

Any bits of wisdom?
