Pacific Crest Trail

Post by George »

Hi,
If any of you are contemplating a thru-hike, or are curious about the Pacific Crest Trail that stretches from Mexico to Canada, you'll probably get a few smiles reading the account of my five month hike, "Dances with Marmots" over at http://www.angelfire.com/trek/nz_usa
It's written in book, "chapter" form, with pics, and I'm told it's informative, humorous and inspirational! :)
Could also be of added interest, in that it looks at the US and it's wilderness areas through the eyes of a Kiwi (New Zealander)
Cheers, George Spearing

I've done part of the Pac-Crest Trail in Southern California; great hiking! Only did about 30 miles of it though. :?
