Somehow I stumbled upon this website while researching the AZT. I'm an '09 AT SOBO thru hiker who tends to move quickly, and I'm planning a thru of the AZT to be completed mostly in May. I'm planning to start during he first week of May and am looking for a ride from the Tucson Airport to Coronado. I would be highly appreciative if anyone has any suggestions for how to do this. If anybody can volunteer to drive, I will certainly repay with gas money, lunch, and some great hiking stories (most of which revolve around eating heroic amounts of food at random trail towns).
