Strange light near Sycamore Creek/Highway 87

Something tells me this has been discussed before but I don't find it.

At least twice now when coming south on the Beeline at night, just south of the second Sycamore Creek crossing at about 33.78805 -111.498262, I've seen bright white and blue lights on top of the butte there. They don't last long. Does anyone know what this is?

Hard for me to say, butt I think Chums is on to something. Is the light a solar garden light? If so this could be the new high tech rock stacking. Climb a mountain, put up a light. Picket Post should be well lit in no time.

I believe it's officially Geocaching 2.0
Somebody has a website with coordinates for lights left in nature. Fun for the whole family.

I did not see any cache when I was at the summit in 2013 but I guess there is a geocache placed in April 2008 with a last find in January 2017.
