Shared on Twitter!

I keep seeing comments on HAZ member photos to this effect and I'm wondering if I'm the only person who finds this practice to be unseemly?

If a member posts a photo on HAZ and wants to share their photo on Twittertok, Instabook or whatever else, wouldn't they do it themselves?

Short of somebody posting a photo on social media with hashtags clearly seeking further attention and to promote their own photography (#beon12) ... is it appropriate for a person to share somebody else's art? Are photos posted on HAZ "free to use" to download and share far and wide by whoever, whenever they want?

Maybe there are polite and courteous PMs in the background that ask for permission to do this first?

In this, the information revolution, perhaps my old skool concept of content ownership is no longer relevant? :-k

I believe that historically speaking when people showed up with stringed musical instruments it directly coincided with the development of firearms. Or bow and arrows, sticks, rocks , spears and or adult language. IMHO

My wife took away my flip phone and gave me her old smartphone which lives in my car. I wont turn it on because i don't know how it works and I don't want the battery to run down.

A device so smart it makes people dumber by the day. (Whether by actually killing brain cells or something else, who knows?)
Oh yeah, almost forgot, one of the most important features is that it diverts their attention while driving.

Several years ago, one of my strangest backpacking trips in the Supes, a young woman passing through gave me a persimmon in a snowstorm. She and her boyfriend were the only people I saw on the whole trip. My water froze solid that night, but the next day it was hot.
