N. or S. Kaibab trail to bottom of Grand Canyon Aug/Sep

Hi:

I'm looking for a hiking partner, one or more, for a trip in August or September to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, departing from North or South Rim...

I have my reservation set @ Phantom, and will be in the South Rim Aug 22.

Keep me posted if others will be hiking S. Kaibab in that timeframe, I'd prefer going in a group if possible

On a lighter note, I'll be in "the Canyon" for six days/five nights next month! :rollH: The wait is killing me!

Leaving Thursday morning at 3:30am for 4 days and 3 nights. Then next weekend for a couple of days and nights.

But in August, I'm thinking Yellowstone.

, Would rather be thinking Maui in August, but maybe next year. Or maybe next year Whitney or Shasta.

Rim-River and back day hike on Saturday

Whitney in July!

Hawaii in October.

Hopefully Pico De Orizaba, Mexico in December
