Of course I know Alex would have caught me. :sl:
Owl Creek Fish Creek for me 'cause I couldn't get down. I had to jump. I would've been there a lot longer than 24 hours.

I wasn't too worried about that one, apart from the handholds being slick. I didn't figure you could get up beyond an easy descent. I was more worried about the road, which is funny in retrospect. The road conditions on the way out from Cold Spring Canyon were a thousand times worse. After you stopped the truck for a minute and we saw how deep the mud was (scouting a path through the newly fallen rocks), I spent the next hour and a half worrying that we wouldn't be able to make it all the way back to the pavement. It would have been a long, cold night in the truck.

Actually you kind of rigt the crack helps you put near the top and the rocks were like in perfect rock wall position and well worn so people have been doing it...but I imagine most will still find it somewhat nerve racking I certainly did lol I generally stick to ground.. Nice little climb there in your link to..

I seem to remember a time when myself and five friends decided to "hike" a little place called Siphon Draw with nothing but 2 twelve packs of Bud Light. Sure is a pretty view at night with a couple of warm beers. :D That was maybe, oh, 15 years ago.

I took the road less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference."
