From the closure map it looks like 95% of it is open. The couple of places where a trail crosses the closure area you can hike the adjacent road a short stretch to get around the closure area. (The roads that make up the closure perimeter are open).

Based on the present closure area order, 95% of the Cabin Loop Trail System may still be open, but my favorite Mogollon Rim Autumn Maple Hiking area https://hikearizona.com/decoder.php?ZTN=16685 now appears to be within the burn area closure (off FR300 and in on FR398) :(

Looks like a big section of the area is now closed due to the latest closure notice..
On the Coconino NF, the closure runs from the boundary between the Coconino and Apache-Sitgreaves NFs, west along FR 300 to FR 95 to the north, FR 96 to the east and along FR 137B to the forest boundary. This area includes Knoll Lake, portions of the Cabin Loop Trail System, and General Crook Trail.
