For Sale: boots and shoes

I have a few pairs of shoes and boots I am not going to wear and would like to sell, trade or get rid of.

A brand new, never worn pair of North Face Prophecy II, size 11. I removed the insole and got rid of it because I was prepping them for orthotics, when I used those things, and so you'll need to get a pair of insoles. I paid $65 for them.

I have an second pair, worn for 6 months and I would still use them except I won't wear heels anymore. I can't imagine anyone wants them, but if you do...

A pair of Sorrell Snow boots with the removable liner, size 10. These run big. I used them in the winter of 2008 and had to stop as I bought crampons and these are way to big to take a crampon. I paid $110 or $100 for them.

My Vasque Breeze boots, non-gortex and in a size 11. I wore them from April to mid-September and only a few times in October and November, after I switched to 5 fingers in late September. Depending on the hike in the summer and spring, I used my now trashed Merrel Moab Vents, so the Vasques are in good shape. Uppers still in very good shape, sole is about 3/4 of original. I paid about $110 for them.

I think that is it. I am keeping my other snow boots for crampons. Begrudgingly, I should say, since I hate those high heels.

Welcome to the world of vff. Did the same thing a couple of years ago. Gave 'em all away except for a pair of Crampon compatible boots which if I was honest with myself I would have gotten rid of as well since I haven't used them since 2004 when I lived in Or.

Well, when I hike in those crampon boots my back hurts, but being so close to Colorado, I figure I'll keep them and use them this winter at least a few times. Maybe it will be the last winter.
