Within the first mile I admired the pristine Saguaros. Which held true for the balance of the hike. Only saw one or two sad Saguaros along the way and they weren't in that state due to humans.

It's a senior playground out here, no kid in they're right mind would come here with the four peaks to the north and the superstitions to the south.

I'm no spring chicken and I was the second youngest person in these mountains on this day out of about 50 that we crossed paths with.

Most of which were in the parking lot at the end trying to figure out whose side by side was whose while stuffing horses in trailers.
