There was a large party (literally) at the Cross F Trail Head parking lot. (As if it were a park now.) So I relocated to the old Cross F TH, which is right next to Sycamore Creek. (Background.) Water access, fire pit. Took a two hour nap in the afternoon, crashed early that night. (Not even a campfire.)

Even tho this is the old TH, some maps/apps still show it as THE start of the LSM connector. In fact, there is a large cairn across the road, which leads to a path and gate, which eventually connects to the new Connector.
