Retrieving my cached pack. 30 feet up the slope with pine needle cover-up may have been overkill. Just wanted to ensure the 10 million others hiking this trail today didn't ponder the red abandoned pack.

Part of my decision to turn around when I did was a courtesy to the world*. Thinking they'd find my carcass, then waste resources searching the area for clues on how I got here or where I came from.
