a view straight up the middle along the McDonald Valley. You can just see a snipet of Lake McDonald. Little did I know how much of Lake McDonald I was going to get to see. Ahead on the corner of the trail, a couple had stopped for a lunch break. They were treated to some stunning views but the weather was getting a little chillier here.
