Now I am at Government Drive where there is the large step fountain (Kerth) with the World's Fair Pavilion (built in 1909 from proceeds of the 1904 World's Fair in STL) above it. There is limited elevation opportunities on this hike so I would take the stairs to get to the next level of the Park as I make my way to the Jewel Box.
