The 11,973', 11,982', or 12,003' Sierra Blanca, depending on your source. The USGS lists the last two. I feel safe calling it "12,000' ". It's close enough, and with no other regional mountain even close, it is all there is. In other words, there is no Humphrey or Agassiz, to this Fremont.
