The gal that had been monitoring this Bird (and also the Photographer here) called me....Got up, slapped on a hat, and out the door...Went swimming, tubing, herding and finally netted her...Just before release, after meticulously cutting away all of the Fishing Line....A City Worker was nice enough to help me with the "surgery".....Photo posted with permission from the Photographer....
