On the way down we ran into this trail.
We determined it to be built to service the power lines close to the tunnels.
We assumed this cable handrail system was put here for some sort of OSHA standards.
It had been awhile since OSHA had been out there though, since there were 4' tall catclaw bushes in the middle of the "Trail"
