First built in 1912, the Magma was once the showcase of the town.
It housed mining executives, travelers, and US Statesmen. Now some locals say it is home to the Magma Hotel ghosts. Some Ghost hunters have a recording of the Ghosts saying , “They hung James. James was hung.”. No one knows who James was.
