and here we are on the south side of Flathead Lake just outside of Polson, MT looking North. Polson Bay is on the left, Finley Point on right. To the right of the point is still part of the Mission Mountain Range. The mountains to the north are part of the Swan Range. Polson Bay, at the lake's outlet was raised 10 ft by Kerr Dam. It is one of the cleanest in the populated world for its size and type.
