Foundation. Toilet stall-/shower-sized pad at this end. I'm guess the pad on the right is the front door step. Wierd that the WC would be street side, and not wash side, though there was a cement pit nearer the wash. Maybe the pit was an outhouse? That would make more sense. Good thing I did not go in the pit!
