View southeast towards Fountain Hills from the top of East End Peak. An excellent place to stop for lunch. but a lousy place for cell phone reception - maybe because it's higher than all the cell phone towers in the area? That's one thing I miss about the old analog cell phones is the long distance reception. On a hilltop like this you could pick up a cell tower 35 miles away with no problem.
