Mom's "Egg on Toast"
(a little something I had not tried in a long time- Growing up and in elementary school through middle school years, my mother would once in a while make scrambled egg on toasted bread for breakfast..simple, easy and good!). Here I used Thomas English Muffins toasted with butter.
